All shipments of our products are FOB our plant in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. We can also provide overnight delivery at your request. The shipping package we use for shipping your new product should be used for any core returns. As stated in most standard policies, liability for loss or damage in transit, or thereafter, shall pass to the customer upon Roadhouse’s delivery of the products to the carrier.
Standard Forms of Payment: We accept Business and Bank Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Money Orders.
Open Accounts: For those purchasing our products on a regular basis, we can offer an open credit account. This is subject to credit approval based on a completed credit application.
Our standard terms of payment are Net 30 days from date of invoice. Any amount going past this period will be considered past-due, and we reserve the right to charge an interest rate of 1 1/2% per month on the unpaid balance.
Returns: No products may be returned without prior approval from Roadhouse Manufacturing of Tulsa. If approved, we will contact the customer to coordinate the return. We will not accept any returns of product that is not in first class condition, discontinued, used, or damaged.
Core Change: Roadhouse Manufacturing of Tulsa, Inc. charges a standard core charge in the amount of $200 on the face of the invoice. Credit will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of same model used.
