All shipments of our products are shipped from our plant in Sand Springs, OK. We can also provide overnight delivery at your request. The shipping package we use for shipping your new product should be used for any core returns. As stated in most standard policies, liability for loss or damage in transit, or thereafter, shall pass to the customer upon Roadhouse’s delivery of the products to the carrier.
